Sexual Wellness

For teens and young women navigating trauma, identity, and the quiet confusion that lives in the body.

This page is for the ones who carry something they can’t quite name.
Maybe it was a moment or many where your body stopped feeling like your own.
Maybe it wasn’t violent, but it was violating.
Maybe it’s not about a single event, but a growing discomfort, shame, or disconnection you can’t shake.

Or maybe you’re just trying to figure out who you are in a world that’s made it complicated to explore things like sexuality, gender, safety, and trust.

This space is for you if…

  • You’ve experienced sexual trauma or unwanted touch

  • You freeze, flinch, or shut down when it comes to boundaries, closeness, or intimacy

  • You feel disconnected from your body, or like it’s “not yours”

  • You’re questioning your sexuality or gender and want a space without judgment or pressure

  • You feel heavy with shame, confusion, or memories that don’t make sense

  • You don’t want to talk about it, but you want to do something about how it lives inside you

What therapy can look like

This is not traditional talk therapy. We might use:

  • Art therapy to explore your story without needing to speak it

  • Body-based practices to support safety, regulation, and reconnection

  • Psychoeducation about consent, trauma, nervous system responses, and identity

  • Space for meaning-making around who you are, what you’ve lived through, and how you want to feel in your body moving forward

Whether you’re just beginning this journey or are already halfway in and ready to go deeper, you’re welcome here. There’s no right pace. No perfect starting point. Just a willingness to come as you are.
