For women in transition, grieving, burnt out, lost in motherhood, or feeling disconnected from themselves.

This is a space to reconnect with your inner voice, without judgment.

Perinatal therapy at Brave Collective Studio is for mothers navigating:

  • Birth trauma — emergency interventions, loss of control, or experiences that left your body feeling unsafe

  • Postnatal distress — anxiety, numbness, anger, shutdown, or feeling “not yourself” in motherhood

  • Perinatal grief — miscarriage, TFMR, stillbirth, medical complications, or invisible loss

  • Identity loss and shifts — the disorientation that can come with matrescence, especially when your inner world no longer matches the outer roles you’re expected to fulfil.

What Therapy Looks Like

Sessions may include:

  • Trauma-informed talk therapy

  • Creative or expressive processing (if words feel too sharp or too far away)

  • Nervous system education and body-based regulation

  • Grief and meaning-making

  • Space to reconnect with yourself — not as a mother, but as you
