Why In-House Counselling?
Accessing emotional support is often difficult when working long hours in care-based or high-pressure environments. Time, travel, stigma, and energy can all get in the way. In-house counselling removes those barriers and brings care where needed most.
Evidence Behind the Model
Psychological Distress Across Care Sectors: A significant portion of professionals in education, health, and frontline roles report elevated levels of distress and burnout.
Burnout Impacts Performance: A high emotional load leads to fatigue, absenteeism, and turnover, directly impacting service quality, workplace culture, and team dynamics.
Workplace Support Increases Retention: Regular, accessible emotional support reduces burnout, increases job satisfaction, and improves team cohesion.

• Fewer escalations, more proactive communication
• Stronger team relationships and workplace culture
Benefits for Your Organisation
• A more collaborative, emotionally attuned environment
• Improved reputation as a values-driven, trauma-informed service

Cost of Service
A full day onsite is $500, which includes:
• Up to 5 individual counselling sessions
• Session preparation, administration, and follow-up
• Travel to your service
• Optional leadership support, debrief, or wellbeing planning
You’ll receive a single monthly invoice — no complex bookings or funding systems to manage. If fewer than five sessions are booked, the remaining time can be used for leadership support or staff wellbeing initiatives.
Some services offset part of the cost by inviting staff to contribute a small fee per session. This is entirely optional and at the discretion of your leadership team.
Your staff shows up, holds space, supports others, and navigates daily demands while often carrying their own invisible weight. Support your team as they support everyone else—fully, gently, and with care.
